Back Care (B) Back Care/Office Syndrome This class is so gentle and nice for all levels to practice asanas to be good for your shoulders/back with deep breath and slow movement. Basic Back Bend (B) Basic Back Bend Basic back bend for all levels, this class continues to build on the back bending foundation established in Beginner Yoga.
