Joined their meditation years ago. Everybody was very very nice and welcoming. The meditation was very refreshed and relax. Would love to go back again if I have time. Recommend all to give it a try. a really memorable moment for me!

A truly amazing life changing place, people and experience! I could write several paragraphs trying to describe this extremely well run retreat center (which pays more attention to details for happy and successful experience than I've ever encountered)....but you will find out for yourself. Whether you are a newbie and just beginning your new journey or a seasoned traveler who has made this discovery many years ago, I promise you....you will not be disappointed if you allow the middle way to be your guide. My already wonderful life has now been elevated to an even higher and better level than I could ever have imagined.

Very calm , staff is warm welcome.Teacher is good take care to every student.Thai food is delicious.I invite you to visit and try to learn a beginning class of meditation.I hope you will get a happiness from this place.
