samui thailand reiki master Ari and Daliah are the husband and wife team who co-founded Orion Healing . They met on a Vipassana meditation retreat in 2002, at this time Ari had already opened his first Retreat Centre. They went on to establish the first Orion Centre together on Koh Phangan in 2006.
Ari is a Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) Master who has been dedicated to the understanding and practice of this esoteric art for more than a decade. He teaches internationally on the subjects of energy channelling and healing, creating ripples of change with the potential to spread globally.

YOGA
The ancient healing system of yoga has become increasingly popular in modern times due to its ability to induce a calm mind and a healthy body.The most commonly taught form of yoga is hatha. The two syllables ‘ha’ and ‘tha’ refer to the sun and the moon. Hatha is the practice of balancing the fiery, active energies and the cooling, passive energies that we all contain.
In yoga classes we focus on positions (asanas), breathing to calm the mind, and correct body alignment. Students will be shown how to find the correct position for their body, in which the breath can flow in and out. We teach students to work gently, accepting where they are today and moving forwards with ease.
Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga leads us to a sense of peace and well-being, along with a feeling of being at one with our environment.
Some asanas develop flexibility, which further improves balance and strength. Yoga develops our balance and coordination and assists us in connect both body and mind with our awareness in order to reach a thoughtful, peaceful and serene comprehension of reality.
