In combination, Budharas refers to “Streams of Wisdom.†Budharas aims to create a community where people exercise their body and mind to get the most benefits of what yoga and meditation can offer–healthy body, healthy mind and…awakening life About Kay-Rosukon Kay is the founder of Budharas Yoga. Her journey of yoga began in 2005. Since then, Kay has been certified at the 200-hour level of Iyengar-style Yoga by Kim Valeri of YOGAspirit Studios and as a Relax & Renew Restorative Yoga Teacher by Judith Lasater. Kay also continued her study in Yoga Therapy Program. She registered her (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance and continually explored new techniques throughout the United States. Kay taught yoga in Connecticut before she moved back to Thailand in 2009. She assisted Judith Lasater and Cora Wen in Yoga Journal Conferences in the United States and Thailand. Kay has experienced the benefits of body and mental development throughout her childhood and in turn decided to also teach yoga to children. Kay completed Yogakids Foundation by Masha Wenig, Radiant Child Yoga Program (RCYP 2) by Shakta Kaur Khalsa and Yoga for the Special Child by Sonia Sumar. Kay also teaches a diverse blend of meditation techniques drawn from her long-time experience of Vipassana – insight meditation.
