Drawing on wisdom from the Classical Himalayan Kundalini lineage, Yogi Bhajan style Kundalini, as well as from his direct experiences over 20 years of practice and teaching; Greg will guide you through the gradual, practical and grounded study and integration of these ancient mystical teachings.
Graduates will not only have an integrated understanding of the science of awakening with Kundalini Yoga, but also develop inner intuition, stability and confidence through their own practice; evolving into the ability to see how seeds of Kundalini can be found in all yoga styles, and to creatively design their own sequences and teaching style by awakening the inner guru and finding their authentic voice.
Beyond all of the individual inner growth, participants will experience the unparalleled feeling of being in sacred community with other likeminded/hearted/spirited beings moving through and sharing the process. These bonds of connection last for a lifetimes.
