fairly well equipped gym, to get a good deal though you need to sign for a year then it becomes value for money. everything you need is there. some equipment fairly old but still works well. plays good music which was a big plus for me.

Good gym where most of the locals on the Darkside workout at. You have your pick with Cardio, Muay Thai and Weights all you need is there to get the job done. The place is clean and staff are helpful.
