Awesome air yoga! The teachers are amazing and very good at what they do, and funny too! They create such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere and therefore I too ended up staying much longer in this area, than anticipated beforehand. Cannot recommend enough!

I came across the girls as a beginner through a wonderful woman, they welcomed me friendly and nice and introduced me to aerial yoga. For about 2 weeks I was there almost every day. I learned a lot, improved my physical fitness and felt fresh and full of energy every morning. I can recommend everyone to get to know this experience. Keep it up you are great🙌🙌

This yoga is a hybrid of yoga and Aerial Art. It helps people to fly, great yoga stretch. Some yoga poses can be tricky to do on the floor like headstand, become easier when hanging from the hammock. Hanging upside down has all kinds of benefits, the practice is so effective to align your spines. Plus Khun Green is an amazing instructor and encouraging. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Get stronger, more flexible, more mobility and so much fun!!! Great training for both body & mind. 🙏🏼

An amazing experience trying aerial yoga. Very fun class, nice open air gym close to Surin & Bangtao beaches. The best thing about Aerial Yoga is Green, the wonderful and passionate instructor. Her approach and technique are flawless, making her classes unforgettable memories. A must try while you are in Phuket.

My husband and me had great fun doing this challenging aerial yoga class and we will definitely come again. I had tried other aerial yoga studios in Phuket before also and of course this is more an open gym for martial arts and not a traditional yoga studio you would expect as an European, e.g. not have air-condition and sometimes can be a little loud. But I like our teacher Green a lot! She is so lovely, professional, helpful and was very patient with my husband who isn't flexible at all. For me a good teacher is much more important than a fancy studio, so I'm looking forward to my next class. Also the pricing is very reasonable. Absolute recommendation from me!

Couple of years ago I tried aerial yoga first time in my life in Phuket with Green. It was amazing experience and I loved it. I hadn’t better results in forming healthy body shape without risks to joints like in gym. If I had chance I would do yoga with Green everyday in my life!

So happy I found this place. The teacher here are so lovely, patient and take time to show details for beginners. I improved already so much after just a few classes and now can even join intermediate and advanced classes. I could even take some private Aerial Silk classes - always wanted to learn that, now have the chance. Thanks to the team! Big recommendation from me!!
