This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is just amazing for what it is: a great value, stunning views, cosy, and well-looked after place, that you can call home for however long! All that it is missing for it to be 5 stars would be a phone in each room, better TV and wifi reception, and room service. Other than that, the rooms are stylish, clean and have stunning views (we recommend the L rooms overlooking the sea, we were blown away by our view). The staff is super helpful and really makes you feel well taken care of. The wifi was actually in good in much of the hotel and we in fact switched rooms half way through from the beachfront to the seaview - the beachfront room had great wifi and TV but had an obstructed view of the sea and was slightly small, compared to the seaview which was very large, had a beautiful view, but had poor TV and wifi. We assume that this will be fixed with time (just a matter of getting a better router near the L rooms). It would be nice to include a few vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu, too... While they were able to accomodate and make our breakfasts vegan, we were left with just lettuce, onions and tomatoes, and a few pieces of fruit, since the set breakfast is composed of mainly meat and eggs. Same goes for their set menu for lunch and dinner, they were able to make their pad thai vegan by removing the egg, but it would be nice to have a couple more options that were on the permanent menu! All in all, we will definitely be returning to this great resort!
