This is a sweet little studio with energetic powerful energy boosting practices and a great community of yogis. My instant home away from home and much appreciated.

I rush out of work on Saturdays to make it to Monya Vuletic’s 4 o clock class. Her energy is contagious! She makes the class fun while offering variations of poses that you didn’t know you could do! She loves to teach binds and goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a teacher. My practice has grown significantly from attending Monya’s classes because she encourages you to rise to the challenge in a fun, safe, and loving environment.
