Semra Kılıç, who was born in Bulgaria, started her active sports life with gymnastics in primary school and continued by playing handball in middle school. He completed his secondary education in Gabrova, Bulgaria and immigrated to the Republic of Turkey in 1989. While he was continuing his high school education, he participated in athletics competitions as a licensed athlete at DSI Nilüfer sports club. In 1994, he was admitted to the physical education and sports department of Uludağ University. During his student period, he followed the basic education programs in sports for children, made observations and pioneered many studies. He graduated from Uludağ University, Department of Physical Education and Sports in 1998. With the knowledge and experience he gained throughout his student life, he took on the training of basic education programs at DSI Nilüfer sports club, where he was an athlete, and coordinated and taught basic education for eight years and healthy life sports programs for twenty years. At the same time, he trained many trainers in this field. He worked as a trainer in social services and child welfare institutions between 1996 and 2006, and experienced the rehabilitative effect of basic sports training and exercise on the physical, spiritual and mental development of children. He guided many people to improve their quality of life by applying therapeutic exercises in private lesson format under the supervision of a specialist physician and contributed to their recovery. After all these years of experience, he founded Sempilates training studio in 2014 and added a different perspective to the lives of professionals by providing many professional athletes with injury prevention and therapeutic training after injury.
