On our exclusive cruise, guests will sail along Turkey’s pristine coastline while participating in morning and afternoon yoga sessions held by an experienced instructor. Stopping at key sights such as Kekova and Gocek islands, there will be plenty of free-time to relax, meditate, snorkel and explore the islands. Suitable for beginners to advanced yogis, it is the perfect getaway for individuals, special events, corporate groups and yoga groups. During this Yoga Blue Cruise, a one hour yoga-session will be taught every morning and evening. A devoted practice of āsanas (postures) and prānāyāmas (breathing exercises), done with attentiveness, refines the perception of thoughts, emotions and body sensations and leads to tranquillity and composure. The āsanas and prānāyāmas are introduced and taught in detail and the participants get relevant information for their daily practice. Each Cruise has a maximum number of 16 guests and a standard itinerary, although there is room for flexibility. Passengers can sail for three days and four nights or for a week. On arrival, the captain gives out detailed information about locations on the route, like the coastal resorts of Gocek, Kalkan, and Kas. Then it is time to set sail! Each guest is also offered additional activities on different days of the cruise, such as exploring local landmarks, enjoying water sports, shopping in coastal towns or simply sitting in local cafes, to enjoy an ice cold beer.
