Yoga Room HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning) System
The studio is equipped with a ‘State of the Art’ air conditioning system, specifically designed to meet the exacting significant demands of Bikram Yoga. The system is capable of raising the studio environment to 40°C and maintaining it, within a close temperature tolerance throughout each yoga session no matter what size of class or external temperature. Bikram Yoga is practiced in a room heated to 105°F (40.5°C) temperature, with a humidity of 40%. The air within the studio is continuously replenished.
