Dhyana Dubai was founded by Regina Mazhar in November 2015. Situated inside an opulent 5-star hotel in the city’s iconic Business Bay, Dhyana Dubai provides unrivaled views of the Downtown area and the opportunity to practice Yoga, Pilates and fitness classes whilst looking out at the world’s tallest skyscraper.

Regina has been practicing yoga for over a decade and recently fell in love with Joseph Pilates signature training method. She decided to open her own fitness studio and follow her dreams after a long career in the fitness industry, including stints as a fitness instructor with the highly-regarded Taj Hotel group in India.
