All our instructors have learned yoga from various recognized institutes in India such as Swami Vivekananda Yoga University, Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, and Bihar School of Yoga, and are highly qualified to display the different techniques to undertake yoga using a mix of ancient traditional methods and modern techniques in Nature Yoga Center.
Every instructor is trained to provide personalized attention to each group member in every class in Nature Yoga Center. We offer private sessions as well, wherein our clients can practice yoga at their own time and convenience. Our instructors shall provide personalized attention and recommend a balanced diet plan according to the client’s body structure.
Customized diet plan: The basic tenets to gradual weight loss and good health include developing healthy eating habits and increasing daily physical activity. We, at Nature Yoga Center, understand this and hence provide each client with a balanced diet plan along with the various yoga techniques they can adapt according to their body structure.
