I am doing 1-2-1 classes with Kellie, and I have decided to take up Pilates as a form of exercise bt also as it was recommended to me medically as I have a life long condition. Kellie is so down to earth, friendly and makes you feel at ease every class I have with her I really enjoy and feel calm, relaxed and determined, but can really feel like I am working my body and muscles. I am slowly building up my core stability and can see a difference already and it's only been 2 months when I first started these classes... although I come here for my classes I feel Humingbirds yoga/Pilates has actually helped me to learn in some way to love myself again and to be positive
I would highly recommend them to any friends family etc
