Hummingbird Meditation Yoga

I do yoga at Hummingbird and like the fact that the classes are quite small, the studios are lovely, there is a range of classes so whatever your level there will be an appropriate class and the teachers are lovely.

The retreat was the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Fantastic yoga classes and fun activities, I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely be back again in the future, thankyou so much ??

I am doing 1-2-1 classes with Kellie, and I have decided to take up Pilates as a form of exercise bt also as it was recommended to me medically as I have a life long condition. Kellie is so down to earth, friendly and makes you feel at ease every class I have with her I really enjoy and feel calm, relaxed and determined, but can really feel like I am working my body and muscles. I am slowly building up my core stability and can see a difference already and it's only been 2 months when I first started these classes... although I come here for my classes I feel Humingbirds yoga/Pilates has actually helped me to learn in some way to love myself again and to be positive I would highly recommend them to any friends family etc

Hummingbird absolutely changed my life for the better. In my fourth year of Pilates and I'm still surprised by the new benefits I get from attending. Small class numbers, clear guidance and variety make it perfect for me. Can recommend it to people of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. Plus Ellie makes it fun and thinks about each of us as individuals, so all in all - it's very good value!
