Edinburgh Sunshine Yoga

From the first moment I stepped into the studio, I immediately felt welcomed by both Stephanie and Matt. Both are always willing to answer any queries you might have regarding the classes or your own practice. The studio has a warm, cheerful atmosphere and offers a real sense of community. Whatever your mood or energy level on a given day, there is a great variety of classes to choose from, all lead by knowledgeable and friendly teachers. I can’t wait for their Elephant Moon studio to open, and I’m sure it will have the same welcoming and joyful vibe! ?????????

Wonderful, relaxing, yoga session with the amazing and lovely Stephanie to end my working week and start my weekend. Feeling truly relaxed which is just what I needed. My second ever yoga session (my first time was last Sunday also at Sunshine Yoga with Amy) I’ll definitely be back - just booking my next session for this coming Sunday morning. I’ve spent years living just 15 mins from Sunshine Yoga. From the very first visit I’ve totally fallen in love with the place! The teachers are fantastic and lovely, and the atmosphere is very relaxed and relaxing.

I love this studio! It combines all that I need from yoga: - the most welcoming and not intimidating people running it, - range of classes varies for different moods and intensities, - there's nice selection of classes' times, suitable for office workers, - the price for regulars is great, and again - owners and teachers are helpful, professional, and have positive mind-set. One additional detail, which is really important for me - there are cosy blankets available (more than 1 per person), so no one freezes in savasana during winter (or in my case, I don't freeze in Scottish summer either). Having some experience at different studios around Europe (Poland, Netherlands, Highlands), I definitely recommend Sunshine Yoga for everyone who's looking for relaxed atmosphere and supportive yoga environment.

I have attended a few different classes with different teachers and I have had a really positive experiences in them all. Stephanie and Matt always make you feel welcome and relaxed. I would be a regular attender if I lived closer. I look forward to the festival again this year.

Always had a positive experience with Sunshine Yoga, all staff are lovely and classes are a dream.
