I've been a Bamboo Fitness regular for 8 months now. If you want friendly, highly qualified, expert advice and guidance on yoga and pilates, with classes in small groups held in clean, well equipment studios, and in a calm, non-judgemental environment, that sums up Bamboo Fitness. I've returned to competitive swimming after a 28 year break, and they've helped me improve my posture; improve core strength; and to stay injury free. If you can, I highly recommend a course of private sessions with Brigette or Kelly - expert focus; no time wasting; understand your abilities and tailor sessions according to what you are capable of doing / want to achieve. (I also found doing privates helped me make the most of the classes.)
