I have been to five classes and I just signed up for a membership. The energy from everyone working there is so great and loving. Plus, the energy I have after the class is what keeps me coming back--the endorphins high is for a few days, I am happy, smiling more, and just feel my absolute best! Even when I get the shakes, all the instructors encouragement make me push through! Although I am still a newbie, the community of this little piece of heaven in flagstaff is so sweet! Regardless of size and ability, I always feel welcomed and loved. Thank you so much for being here and creating a place I can't wait to come back to (even if I'm sore for a few days after). Who knew I would enjoy a workout so much!

For the first time, at 37 years old, I don't dread working out. I am notorious for finding excuses not to attend a fitness class (work is my go-to excuse). I had never attended a barre class until a few weeks ago. Now I can't get enough. I cannot believe how much I look forward to barre and it's all I talk about right now. Friends, coworkers, my PT, and even one of my yoga teachers, all come to barre3! I love, love, love seeing familiar faces in class and getting to know new people. I felt incredible even after the first class. There is absolutely no judgment on your ability and we are all encouraged to honor our bodies in whatever capacity we need to in a given class. It isn't a fad, it's life changing. Seriously. �

I went to my first class this week and it was so invigorating! I loved the atmosphere. I felt so welcome and at ease leaving my 15 month old in the play lounge. It was great to be able to do something for myself and know my little one was only a room away. Go take a class! You won't regret it!

So I was in Flagstaff for NAU’s Alumni/ HoCo weekend with my girlfriends. And I have been wanting to try a barre workout class and so I found this one and made my girlfriend Kara go with me and we both LOVED it! Rebekah, the owner and instructor was so welcoming and motivating and inspiring at each class and we did 3 days in a row. If you haven’t try one, you should. We sweated a lot and were a bit sore, but it was so worth it! The staff were awesome, the studio is clean, the music was great and Rebekah Rocked!!! Go get your barre3 on! You won’t regret it. Thank you Rebekah for 3 great workouts. We are missing you already!

I know a good workout when I do one and THIS place kicks my butt... in a good way! I am sometimes the oldest person in the room, and I m not the only one struggling to keep up!! They are amazing here, I highly recommend. After 2 months going 3 x a week I am definitely stronger and firmer. I love this place and all of the instructors!!

From my very first class, I could feel myself getting stronger--not just in my posture, but in my resolve and in my ability to trust and believe in myself. The instructors are phenomenal and really push you to your limits... prepare to sweat and work hard. I was also very impressed by how quickly everyone learned my name and welcomed me to the Barre3 family. Thanks!
