What a tremendous service that carol is providing for our community. My son started at balance a short time ago with reiki sessions. What a huge difference I see in him. Carol is a lifesaver and wonderful with my son and takes the time to explain to him, talk with him and balance his energy. She answers any question I have and takes a complete interest in helping each individual she serves. She is a true professional and very knowledgeable in her field. I am forever grateful for helping my son.

After a long day at work, I always look forward to yoga. The studio at Balance from Inside is stunning with splendid artwork done by a local artist. The studio has a nice supply of props to aid you in achieving the depth of the pose you need for your practice. The classes do not promote the need to reach extremes. Instead the classes promote stillness and calmness through breathwork. I especially enjoy the Wednesday night yin yoga with long held postures, which allow me to feel an amazing deep stretch. The Kripalu yoga is a wonderful practice to work on breathwork and meditation through a gentle practice. The instructors are able to meet someone where they are and offer modifications for an overall rich and enjoyable practice.

I have been having hip and back pain after a fall last year. I started yoga at balance along with physical therapy and I am amazed at how much carol helped me. I was able to move more after one session of yoga and when I went to therapy they couldn't Believe how flexible I was. After 1 session of yoga. Carol makes u feel as if your family and you don't feel uncomfortable I love going it helped my body and my mind And as she teaching me I say my prayers And meditate. It great feeling Thank you so much carol for helping me be able to move again ����
