We love our studio. We love our lives. Sometimes, though, we just need to get away and re-engage our focus. MYBO offers a number of local, national, and international yoga retreats throughout the year. A MYBO Retreat is the perfect combination of mediation, yoga, and vacation. During a retreat, you may find yourself overlooking a beautiful, lush valley or meditating with the soothing sounds of the ocean in the background.
Our retreats offer the MYBO family—students and guides alike—the opportunity to further our practice, connect with nature and other cultures, and share an adventure with other yoga devotees.
Founder and CEO of Mind Your Body Oasis Certified Pilates Instructor / Registered Yoga Teacher / Certified Holistic Health Coach
I opened Mind Your Body Oasis (MYBO) to provide people a space to escape from life, to heal from physical injury and emotional trauma, and garner strength from the shared energy this amazing community continues to create. On my journey, I have learned so much about chronic illness and how to reverse it with food and nutrition, as well as how to live optimally, as an athlete and health-oriented person. I strongly believe that what you feed yourself is 80% of wellness and your mind-body connection is essential to emotional evolution. I also believe that the effects of stress are far reaching and can make even the healthiest person ill. We are all under tremendous stress with work, material gain, family responsibilities, and the speed with which we are going through life.

Xtend Barre is the best full-body workout designed for people of all levels of fitness. Our clients range from athletes to individuals trying to achieve a personal best, to people in the process of building or re-building their confidence, losing weight, overcoming illness, or entering a new phase of life. Regardless of the specific goal, we fully support our clients at every step on their journey to transform their bodies and their lives. We know you only have a limited amount of time in your day to get your workout in. We want to you to make the best of that hour. You’ll walk out of any of our classes – Xtend Barre, Xtend Suspend, Xtend Stick, Circuit 7 – drenched in sweat, heart rate accelerated, calories burned, daily goal achieved. The Xtend Barre method, created by Andrea Rogers, combines elements of Pilates and dance to create a dynamic and safe workout. Where other barre programs focus only on the small movements, Xtend Barre’s diverse programs focus on movement of the whole body, delivering cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility. The Xtend Barre programming business model has been tried, tested and proven. Andrea Rogers, the founder of Xtend Barre, launched the program as a licensed model to not only seed the brand, but to test the method and markets. The franchise model emerged from real world learnings. Today, franchisees are supported by a corporate team of experts in Operations, Marketing, Education / Training, and Retail. Owners are guided step-by-step through the process of opening a studio. The Xtend Barre network spans the globe with franchises in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. With over 70 studios, Xtend Barre is the largest global barre franchise business. Our owners are passionate and savvy business owners who come from diverse backgrounds – from dance to law to finance to marketing. The common ground lies in their shared goal to not only build a great business leveraging a proven model, but to spread the best workout to communities around the world. The boutique fitness industry is the fastest growing segment in fitness. Seventy percent (70%) of the 2,300 new health club facilities that opened in 2015 were boutiques and studios, according to the 2016 U.S. Industry Report from The International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association. Barre is one of the most popular programs in boutique fitness. With roots in Pilates, it is a proven, safe and effective method. Xtend Barre’s dynamic programs provide people looking to achieve a fitness goal what they’re looking for: RESULTS.
