This is one of my absolute sweet spots for enjoying that beautiful collective kundalini energy and to rejuvenate, still the mind in meditation.

This is such a warm, welcoming space and yoga community. I always feel better after I come here. If you are looking for something more than just physical yoga then this is a place you souls try. Chanting, meditation, and powerful yoga sets completely reset your nervous system and uplift your energy. Kundalini yoga is like no other yoga.
