BIKRAM YOGA The original 90 minute series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to get you fit, healthy, and flexible and work your entire body inside out and bones to skin. Always the same, but always very different. You will work hard, sweat a lot and feel great! We recommend this class for all students, especially first time students. This is a shorter version of the original 26 and 2 series so you can still get your yoga in even on your busy days. The pace is faster and we do fewer sets of some of the postures. This class is 60 minutes and suitable for all levels. In this flow sequence, we explore postures from the bikram series, ashtanga, forrest, dharma yoga and more. This is a great compliment to the bikram series and helps build upper body and core strength. This energizing vinyasa class will incorporate inversions, deep back bends and meditation.
