At first I sought help with my painful back arthritis and 2 blown discs....I could hardly move. I contacted Dr. Joe and after a couple visits, he suggested pilates with Brooke. I immediately saw and felt the benefits....that was 4 years ago. At 70 now I'm able to do things, walk places & function better than at 66. All thanks to Brooke's "Eagle Eye" guidance. Postpartum rehabilitation is an aspect of prenatal care that is extremely neglected. Women are rarely given any instruction on rehab exercises and tips for postpartum recovery. I was given vague instructions from my doctor to “take it easy” for six weeks then I could return to my full out routine.
