North Boulder Pilates is a premium Pilates studio in Boulder area. North Boulder Pilates prides itself on the background of its instructors and its rehabilitation foundation. North Boulder Pilates is a sister studio to North Boulder Physical Therapy owned by Debra Layne, PT. North Boulder Physical Therapy has been providing the highest quality physical therapy care in Boulder, Colorado for over 25 years.

North Boulder Pilates is a modern and comfortable facility equipped with state of the art equipment. North Boulder Pilates only employs qualified and experienced instructors. All seven of our Pilates instructors are practicing Physical Therapists. North Boulder Pilates offers the Pilates regimen with a therapeutic approach beyond that of a traditional Pilates studio. Our small class size (5-6) allows for individual attention and modifications for $12 to $20 per class.

We offer quality instruction to both rehabilitation and fitness level populations, specializing in Pilates for orthopedic conditions. We specialize in Pilates for people of all ages who have had back, neck, arm or leg injuries or surgery. Our mat and reformer classes for osteoporosis and osteopenia have earned physician praise for their results

He formulated his regimen to include six principles: precision, fluidity, breath, control, concentration and centering.
