I've just started taking private lessons here after years of doing mat Pilates and lifting weights in the gym. I will never go back. The quality of the workout on the reformer and other equipment is far superior. I feel like I'm challenging muscles I didn't know I had! It's also much easier to work on my flexibility. I'm so happy that I took a chance on this studio.

I’m in love Propel Pilates and Fitness. I have been told for years I needed to start Pilates for core strength and spine stability. I finally took the plunge and all I can say is I’m hooked! Love the instructors, love the studio, and love the atmosphere. You have a forever client! Thank you.
