Eat. Sleep. Pilates. Repeat. Yup, this is my lifestyle, a gift to myself. I feel so good after my classes at Club Pilates, and I’ve never felt like any class was ever redundant or boring. Every teacher is unique, as is each style of class and level. The best part is that I always feel safe; the classes are small and the instructors are always carefully watching to make sure students have the correct positions. And they always emphasize the importance of modification to avoid any injury. Thank you Club Pilates!
I am addicted and in love with Pilates. I was looking for a new workout routine that I could fall in love with because I know if I don't love it and see results, I would not stick with it consistently. After only 4 weeks of attending 3-4 times per week, I was seeing amazing results with muscle tone and core strength. I have continued to go 3-4 times a week and the results continue to amaze me. Ive never seen my body get this sculpted this quickly. I also love that it is not hard on the joints. The instructors are all amazing and knowledgable with all their detail explanations in their classes. I'm 59 years old and this has changed my idea of a "workout".
I love Pilates! I finally have found a workout where I truly enjoy every class. Cora, Valerie, Kelsey, and Sammie each have their unique approach. They keep you interested; make it fun; and teach you how to make the most of your workout. You will see the difference in your stamina and strength. And you will look and feel much better about yourself! Club Pilates is awesome!
Fantastic facility !fabulous staff very clean !You'll get addicted the first time you take a class .You will meet so many new people and also run into some old friends. You will trim down and get in shape and get really strong!!Just do it you will be glad you did!
By far the best work out around! Such friendly staff and a welcoming environment! Starting Pilates as a newbie I came once a week for two weeks and instantly went unlimited with my membership on the third week! I now take around 20 to 25 classes a month.. It is safe to say I am slightly obsessed, but who wouldn't be?! ��� Do Pilates. Do Life.
