barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates

I have worked out for years hard core. Decided to try barre. Something new. Well after my legs recover I will be back. One may think it looks easy but it will make ur body get into tip top shape

I think Absolute Pilates in Roswell is great! Audrey is a great teacher. She not only leads in what to do, but always tells us why we are doing it-the benefits we are receiving from it. I participate in the Tower/Chair class on Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. - Great Class!!! Working out at a gym just doesn't work for me-I just won't go. Coming to Absolute Pilates is fun and effective.
