Infinite You Meditation Studio! I have traveled the world practicing meditation, studying with masters, experiencing different cultures and mastering the Art of Mindfulness and Meditation. As a meditation instructor I see life-changing transformations happen all the time. We offer specialized programs specifically designed to explore mindfulness and diverse meditation techniques, to learn the fundamental principles behind each technique, to develop practical skills, and to create a path to meditation and mindfulness that fits individual and organizational needs. HOW DOES IT WORK Our programs consist of a series of 8 one-on-one private sessions, designed and customized after an initial consultation. Working closely together, we will come to understand what you need, identify your desires, and build a meditation pathway to fulfillment. Our online scheduling system will schedule your program to fit your needs … we can meet on a daily basis, or as frequently as you prefer. For those unable to visit our Infinite You Meditation Studio and for people who live at different locations, we offer private sessions on Skype to accommodate your schedule and program. Individual sessions – $95 per hour. 8 session program – $560 (a substantial savings of $200). HOW DOES IT WORK Every quarter, Infinite You Meditation Studio offers a one-day program designed with the specific needs of our clients and of the community at that time. We meet on Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. for a morning of interactive experiences that promote mindful alertness and prepare ourselves for the experience of community meditation and connected learning that will occur throughout the day. After the morning session, we share a meal together and build upon the bonds that have been created. Each weekend program is uniquely designed and consists of an array of meditation techniques, mindfulness exercises, physical experiences (such as yoga sessions, walking meditation, eating meditation, and breathing exercises), and community-generating exercises that will help you to build specific skills and gain levels of mastery to make your life happier, more productive, and more fulfilled.
