Amazing! Lizzie’s foundations class is like a second home to me. I find it restorative and calming. I have a lot of back concerns and she is supportive and often giving adjustments to support me. She is so lovely and a complete rockstar! ��

For starters, the studio is beautiful, warm and welcoming. I tried Donna’s class this morning and it was amazing. I found the sequencing and open variations to be invigorating and explorative. I’ve been practicing yoga for years but I still worked up a sweat and found myself in new shapes. Would absolutely recommend!
