I've been a member of yoga Tao yoga and Tai Chi for more than 5 years. It has helped with my breathing and connecting my mind and body together. I have been a member since I had a mini stroke 10 years ago. My body and brain condition is better than it ever was. I have learned many fun and practical tools that have helped me discover where I hold my stress, how to relax my body, calm my thoughts and release my emotions. No matter how stressful the day, I always feel energized and relaxed after class.
