I've been taking mat classes with Shannon on Tuesdays for over 2 years. She is a wonderful instructor and pays close attention to the individual needs of her clients. I'm so happy to have her classes as part of my weekly routine!

Trained with Shannon previously, and she was the best! So sad I live too far away now to be a regular, but looking forward to seeing her soon for a refreshment session!

Shannon works me like crazy every session. I feel it everywhere I'm supposed to. Getting stronger & leaner. Have better posture and hopefully better bones too!!

Shannon is amazing! She has a true gift for teaching! I absolutely LOVED her mat class and cannot wait to get back for another one (and a private)! This area is so fortunate to have an authentic Pilates instructor!!!!
