Attending Buddha Minds Monastery has been life changing for me. I was nervous when I attended my first class because this was the first time I had stepped foot into a monastery. But once in I was welcomed as if I had been there before. Each time I returned it was the same heartfelt feeling. This place is a second home for me, as far as feeling that I belong. The people who attend, the Shifu’s and the students who help are all very kind and helpful. I truly believe that they want me to learn how to be more peaceful in my life and be more kind and companionate to others. I highly recommend that you take a class or attend an event/ceremony so you can learn more about what Buddha Minds has to offer. I’m grateful that Oklahoma was blessed with such a jewel.

I started their classes for meditation and teachings. It was amazing. I've tried on my own times on my own with zero to show for it. I gave it another go, and signed up! I honestly think I can and will get there with their help. Friendly people , very knowledgeable. If your curious definitely go check it out. You will not be sorry.
