barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates Program

The perfect workout! It was my first time hearing about this class and taking the class, but it was an awesome experience and I will be back! The staff was super nice, the instructor was full of energy and very helpful with achieving the proper posture to get your max workout! If you're serious about your girlish figure, Just try it once, you won't regret it!!

So I took my first barre class at Barre 3 yesterday morning. Prior to this, I had only participated in Barre through home videos. I THOUGHT bc of that experience I was ready but Alicia, soon made me realize my body knew nothing. I love a challenge and this class was exactly that. It's the smallest tuck, squeeze, or postural change that brings out the magic of this class. Barre 3, you conquered me yesterday, but I will be back very soon to Try again:). Alicia is a beast of an instructor, but she is phenomenal at the same time!
