Pilates Proworks is an excellent studio with amazing instructors. I love the pilates classes here. It's a great workout--works all parts of your body, especially your core. I have bad knees and bad wrists, and the instructors here are really great about helping with modifications so I can still get a great workout. Classes are always fun and set to great music. When I take classes here, it's always the best part of my day.
