We are dedicated to spreading the awareness of yoga and meditation. We offer classes to children, adults, and senior citizens. Yoga is useful for whatever your age. Meditation helps with lowering stress levels and increasing focus. Learning these techniques can not only improve your life, but can help you improve how you deal with life. Which is why yoga and meditation have deep roots in developing inner peace, building upon breathing, and awareness of the body.
Yoga and Meditation are both originally from. These movements have been practiced for hundreds of centuries and many Americans have traveled to to learn these movements from a yogi, or a yoga instructor. Many of the techniques used in yoga are adapted from animals and nature. Many of the forms are inspired by the Sun and the Moon. The Sun and the Moon are good examples of yoga because they have movements in thier cycles. The Sun is always shining and the Moon is aways changing shape. These are elements in yoga that help the practioner center oneself with nature. The Body is just a doorway, a path to living comfortably.
Our Founder and Instructor has recieved instruction and empowerments from ordained Buddhist Monks and Gurus. And it is with their blessings, we continue to spread the awareness of yoga and fitness, and the loving kindness of compassion that develops through meditation.
