A perfect balance of physical & spiritual, our classes offer creative sequencing, smart alignment cues, great tunes, breath awareness and sometimes even a physical (or mental) challenge! Nestled between Glendale and Burbank, we offer an array of classes lead by LA’s most likable, knowledgable teachers! Most of our classes have an emphasis on smart alignment so you can not only learn how your body is working, but also learn to take charge of your yoga practice in a safe, exploratory way! Whether you want to work out muscle groups you never knew existed or take a moment to nurture your body with self love and discipline, Jewel City Yoga is here to help you connect to your mind, body, and soul! We are really looking forward to seeing you on the mat, but first, here’s some info you might need before you arrive: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early on your first visit so we can get you signed up and ready to Yoga! Mat rentals: $2 First time visiting our studio? To speed things up when you arrive, go ahead and create an account online so we will already have you in our system.

Otherwise, please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first visit so we can get you signed-up, and get you familiar with the studio. House Rules Arrive to class 5-10 minutes early, student later than 10 mins will not be admitted into class. Make instructor aware of any major (or minor, but bothersome) injuries, pregnancy, etc. No shoes or Cell phones in the asana room Have fun!
