Cape Ann Vajra Vidya is a Buddhist Meditation and study group meeting weekly to study and practice Buddhism. All are welcome! We meet bi-weekly on Monday evenings. Full schedule of meetings HERE. If you feel you are getting something from being there that is enough. When: Every other Monday night, 7:00 - 9:00 PM for meditation and discussion. Full meeting schedule HERE Where: We meet at the Center for Mindfulness & Insight Meditation, 72 Grapevine Road, Wenham, MA. The venue is handicap accessible. What: Our Monday evening sessions usually begin with an hour of sitting and walking meditation, followed by an hour of reading aloud from a dharma book and discussing it together. Meditation instruction is free and always available. Additionally we have periodic retreat days and visiting teachers.
