I love this studio. I have moved here recently from the D.C. area and in my search kept finding studios that were only offering rapid vinyasa type classes geared for weight loss and fit participants. Those classes are good but that is not all yoga. I love Hatha, gentle, Yin, and the slower and more reflection classes as well. This studio has a nice mix of clientele and teachers from an age and body representation perspective and I feel comfortable here. The teachers are excellent. I have loved every one. And it's very difficult for me to find a studio where I feel at ease. ALL OF THE STARS!

Awesome studio and great teachers! I have tried several studios in the Orlando area and I am confident to say that this is the one for me. Love the environment and the feel of Red Sun. They have so many classes at great times and for various levels!

How to reach Kirpal Yoga And Meditation And Ecological Center

From Kona (KOA) Airport: KMEC is a nice 2.5 to 3 hour scenic drive from Kona Airport, halfway around the Island of Hawai’i, “the Big Island”, via either the northern route or the newly finished Saddle road passing Mauna Kea. Make a left out of the Kona Airport and drive north on Route 19. Continue on Route 19 through Waimea, down the Hamakua coast (still Route 19) until you get to Hilo. Past the waterfront side of town, make a right onto Highway 11 at Ken’s House of Pancakes (sign says Volcano 30 miles). Turn left onto HI-11 / Hawaii Belt Road / Kanoelehua Avenue and go about 5.9 miles. Turn left onto HI-130 / Keaau Pahoa Bypass Road continuing to HI-130 and go about 12.2 miles. Turn left onto HI-132 Kapoho Road and go about 2.7 miles. Continue, staying to the right, onto Pohoiki Road and go about 3.8 miles. KMEC Hawaii will be on the left.
