This is a wonderful studio! Sometimes it feels like pilates can be a little rigid and stuffy, not here. Carol and her teachers and fun, funny, and light hearted. It's always a good time and I love the other students as well. What a great deal for a reformer package too, don't let the name scare you. Work that core! See you soon ���

Carol is a great motivator and knows exactly how to balance the workout in a way that focuses on every aspect of your body/muscles through each session.
