Meditation Practice These classes are a journey to self love, true inner peace and happiness. We will practice practical applications and meditation techniques that you can use daily to connect with your true essence. Yoga Series Sessions We offer different classes in sessions. They are usually 7 week sessions that are held on the same day of the week and time. If you miss the first session of the series, always call to see if there is availability for you to join in.
