Amy’s love for movement began at an early age when she began to study dance. She went on to become a professional dancer in New York City. Amy not only danced on Broadway, but enjoyed ten years as a Radio City Rockette and associate choreographer at Radio City Music Hall. Upon retiring from the entertainment industry, Amy decided to focus her full attention on fitness.After obtaining her Pilates training and certification in New York City, Amy moved to Las Vegas with her family where she was exposed to a more athletic approach to Pilates. Inspired by her East Coast Pilates foundation and the fast-paced West Coast style, Amy decided to launch Sculpt + Sweat. Her goal is to create a modern approach to Pilates where clients can practice everything from traditional Pilates to an innovative hybrid style of Pilates for maximum results.

Attached to the reformer, our Jumpboard combines the principles of plyometrics with the strengthening of Pilates for an all-in-one workout. So get your heart pumping and your feet jumping in our Cardio Jump Reform class!
REFORM TECHNIQUE + STRETCH:
Reform Technique + Stretch focuses on building a strong Pilates foundation while lengthening the muscles and increasing flexibility. This total body workout is not only designed for those who are new to Pilates, but is challenging enough for the experienced student who’s goals are to refine their skills and increase their flexibility. Reform Technique + Stretch will build on core strength while incorporating various stretching techniques such as static stretching, dynamic stretching, active isolated stretching and myofascial release. ADVANCED REFORM TECHNIQUE:
This advanced class is sure to reform your body and your practice in a whole new way! Advanced Reform Technique is an advanced Reformer class that focuses on technique, core strength, coordination, balance and control! This class challenges the advanced Pilates student as it moves at a brisk pace and includes intricate choreography and balance sequences. Advanced Reform Technique is perfect for the experienced Pilates student who is looking to push themselves to the next level,Prerequisite: Those interested in the Advanced Reform Technique class must have a solid Pilates background and will need to obtain approval prior to taking the class.
ARMS, ABS + ASS:
The 3A’s all-strength class on the Pilates reformer is a full body workout with extra focus on the Arms, Abs + Ass! Building on our Pure Reform class, the 3A’s will target and sculpt those troubles0me areas!!
