It is our goal to take each client on a journey to physical and personal transformation. We want to convey that Pilates and our other disciplines are much more than a workout which will enhance their total well-being. We strive to maintain a nurturing and educational environment where each client, regardless of where they are in their practices, receive an experience like no other.
Our mission is to inspire people to make movement a part of their everyday life. Our larger mission is to help our community live longer, healthier lives with nutrition and movement at the core.
As a former dancer and dance fitness trainer, Tania holds an associates in arts degree in dance. She was initially certified as a Pilates instructor by Polestar Education in 2001, and in 2003 successfully completed the Body Arts & Science International Teacher Training certification program in the Pilates Method. Shortly afterwards, Tania opened Body And Soul Pilates and for four years ran a successful, boutique-style studio. Tania then enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she was trained in over one hundred dietary theories while studying a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. She received the Certified Holistic Health Coach designation and holds a drugless practitioner’s license in Clark County, Nevada. Tania takes a holistic approach to health, wellness, nutrition and fitness. Through her private holistic health coaching practice, Symmetry In The Kitchen, and now, with Symmetry In Motion, she is able to offer our clients a complete approach to living healthy.
Drawing on this knowledge, she helps others create a completely personalized “roadmap to health†that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Tania’s programs includes a 21-Day plant based “Return To Vitality†detox program, a 90-day and a six-month health coaching program.
