I've tried every barre class in Nashville. Barre 3 is by far my favorite. Being an ex-dancer I needed to do something that my body responded well to. I really get that mind-body connection when I practice. The instructors are really helpful in guiding and helping you understand that connection as well. After a year of Barre 3, I feel like I have length of a dancer and strength of an athlete. I've never been more happy with my results! i encourage both men and women to try it. It's the best!

First time today, and the workout was awesome! I'd feared this kind of workout wouldn't be intense enough, but Francie kicked my butt! (She was also super encouraging.) I felt the burn in muscles I didn't even know existed! Annalise at the front desk makes you feel like you're her best friend. Highly recommend this studio and will be going back!!

It is better than (crack) Not that I have done crack .LOL but on the other hand I been doing yoga for over 10plus years and a dear friend of mine yoga teacher (Liz Meade ) told me about Barre 3class and another client in Memphis that now lives in Nashville (Natalie Hendary) said that you are going to LUV it and they both was on point. I think what I LUV about it the most is all the teachers are wonderful and if you are not doing a pose right they will help you and at other barre classes you do not get that.And the owner Holly is so nice and and warm and make you feel very very special!!!!!

I am very particular on my workouts I pay for because of my degree in physical therapy. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on a class that I could do at the gym myself without instruction or at a class that I see can hurt the individuals around me because the instructors are uneducated or not paying attention to the clients.
