Siddha Yoga And Meditation Center

My husband and I have been going to the Sanctuary for more than 7yrs. We had never done yoga before anywhere. The teachers were terrific and we felt very safe and confident that we wouldn't do something to hurt our older bodies.We are now at level 1-2 and it is a wonderful place for us. We try and go 2-3 nights a week and feel it if we don't.We can highly recommend this wonderful place run by Melissa.

Sanctuary has been part of the foundation of yoga in Gainesville. I am truly grateful for Melissa and all that she has done for our community and continues to do. I've been taking classes at Sanctuary for about 9 years. Every time I enter the studio, I feel the relief and comfort of entering a sanctuary. More than yoga, I have learned to value taking care of myself, because that's what I am doing, just by continuing to show up. So again, thank you, Melissa, for giving us space to care for ourselves.
