At O2 yoga and Wellness we provide services that are holistic, and empowering.O2 Yoga & Wellness,It is our privilege and honor to share the gifts of yoga, and wellness with all of the Carson Valley and surrounding area.

Since 2002 Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Chanting, drumming, are all offered at O2. Our teachers are all certified and experienced yogis.We also offer Massage, and Bowen Therapy along with other Bodywork treatments.

WHAT IS O2 ALL ABOUT

O2 is a small town Kula,(heart focused group). We welcome all, and provide a cozy space for self exploration.The teachers & students at O2 are warm and welcoming to experienced yogis and new comers alike.Our healing treatments are all holistic and effectively help to bring your body back into balance. Holistic healing is different from altruistic medicine in that we address all of the systems in the body, physical, emotional and energetic. If you’re seeking treatment for pain, most of the time you have already tried “traditional” treatment with little or no relief. Our Therapies allow the body to return to health. We can treat anything from Chronic Pain, Migraines, TMJ, sports injuries, to anxiety & depression
