I’ve been obsessed with Barre3 since April 2018. Now, 4 months later, I am so thankful for moves like incline crescent and warrior three that have helped me with my balance, endless squats and incline chair that have helped me sit and stand using my legs, and ski jumps that have made my biceps and triceps strong for lifting myself up. I fell ill the other day with appendicitis and had my appendix taken out the same day. A routine procedure for some, but a once in a lifetime experience for me! Now during recovery, I am finding strength in my body that I am so thankful to have, all thanks to barre. I’ll be back at ‘em in no time! �
