barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates Program Mobile

I’ve been obsessed with Barre3 since April 2018. Now, 4 months later, I am so thankful for moves like incline crescent and warrior three that have helped me with my balance, endless squats and incline chair that have helped me sit and stand using my legs, and ski jumps that have made my biceps and triceps strong for lifting myself up. I fell ill the other day with appendicitis and had my appendix taken out the same day. A routine procedure for some, but a once in a lifetime experience for me! Now during recovery, I am finding strength in my body that I am so thankful to have, all thanks to barre. I’ll be back at ‘em in no time! �

I can’t say enough about this place. The work out takes great care of your body and your mind and will get you in the best shape of your life... the instructors are the BEST, they are so encouraging and knowledgeable. They make it worth it to do the work outs in the studio rather than online. And that child care is great, everyone in the studio knows my kids and greats them the second they walk in, my kids love the caretakers and look forward to going to Barre. I leave every class feeling completely energized, accomplished, stronger and at peace. I honestly feel like I am the best version of myself since I started working out at Barre 3!
