Powerflow has changed my life for the better! I'm more grounded, happier, physically healthier, and lucky to feel part of a community of down to earth people dedicated to being their best with every new breath. Teachers each have their own style, and I've come to appreciate many (too many to mention here!) for different reasons. My 3 classes per week always give me variety and a great (a.k.a., "delicious and juicy") workout!

Great inspirational experienced Yoga instructors - a great workout in a hot/warm environment in a clean well maintained studio with friendly helpful staff!

I love this place everyone is so loving from the staff to the instructors and even the other members....Hot yoga isn't a walk in the park but each instructor is super helpful in their own way... The instructors help you not just on the mat but they help you psychologically, by always leaving you with some kind of inspiration for your day!!!

Powerflow Yoga - Bloomfield is one of my favorite places. I take classes religiously with Cheryl Barclay and I am thankful overtime I go. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the environment of fellow yogis is unmatched. I love PFY Bloomfield!

GSY is my happy place! When you are fluffy and trying to get back into shape and de-stress - -GSY is the best place to be. All of the teachers are great and the community that attends the classes are full of positive people.

Took my first class this morning and I'm already addicted! It was the perfect way to start my day and I can't wait to go back!

Took my first hot yoga class this morning!! Loved it!! It's amazing how rejuvenated it made me feel!! I will ever back and am definitely a fan!!

Hot Yoga was too damn hot lol but in a good way. That's a nice way to get me to drink water and get a great nap. I was pooped.

best studios in now three counties.. more classes, more students and way more attention.. no attitudes.. free mats and towels... i dare anyone to find a better studio in jersey..

Great studio with excellent teachers! Classes are scheduled throughout the day accommodating for everyone.
