“I was invited to MJ’s studio and after going once I now go regularly. This is one of the best ways to detox that I have found, and I am getting comments at CrossFit Montgomery at how flexible I am. I always tell them to do mobility before a workout, static stretches after a workout, and that I go to MJ’s Hot Yoga at least once a week if I can now I go twice most weeks. It’s perfect way to actively recover from the high intensity CrossFit workouts that for me redefines breathing, balance, core strength, and flexibility.
